CTB conducted a comprehensive pre-acquisition survey of Grade II listed retail premises located in the historic centre of York on behalf of WYSE London. The survey involved detailed assessment of the building’s structural condition, fabric, and historical features, as well as identification of potential risks, maintenance requirements, and compliance considerations. Special attention was given to preserving the heritage value of the property while providing the client with actionable insights to inform their acquisition strategy. The report enabled WYSE London to make a fully informed investment decision, balancing operational requirements with the sensitive constraints associated with a listed building in a historic urban setting.
