Acting as Employer's Agent on behalf of the online division of Caesars Entertainment, CTB managed the delivery of a highly bespoke office fit out over ground and lower ground floor of The Majestic building in Leeds. Our role included overseeing of a negotiated procurement route, formal appointment of the contractor and management of the works through to completion.
