Acting as Project Manager on behalf of The Devonshire Group, CTB have recently delivered the new build food and beverage conservatory appended to Caffe Massarella at Peak Shopping Village, located in heart of the Peak District. During the pre-contract stages there was storm which uprooted several mature oak trees on the Chatsworth Estate. Initially disappointed to find the ages old English oak had fallen, it was granted a new lease of life. Seizing the opportunity, the oak was dried, worked and used to clad the new building, now complimenting the Grade II Listed Old Station Building it directly faces which opened in 1849.
