Following the successful acquisition of this prestigious city centre mixed use retail, office premises CTB were retained by the client to provide Contract administration services for the properties wholesale refurbishment. Completed in phases, the refurbishment was completed in partnership with leading serviced office providers Orega who agreed lease terms on 3 of the 4 upper floors, providing bespoke accommodation to the highest standards. The final phase completed in 2016 saw the first floor fitted out for international law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner as part of their expanding operations in the UK.
