CTB oversaw the progression of the project from inception to completion, including obtaining planning and listed building consents and negotiating agreement for lease matters. This project involved a complex and historic building which was under-utilised and required extensive refurbishment and enhancement to provide high class restaurant facilities, developed through close co-operation with Jamie’s project team.
